As the Host of Birches Serviced Apartments, quality apartments accommodation in Melbourne, I would like to introduce my very best Housekeeper, who has been with our team for 4 years.
Her name is Gul Kurtoglu (Ayse)
I have been involved in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years and in that time I have never experienced having
such a hard working compassionate person who’s attitude towards her work is amazing.
Constant remarks from guests about her eye for detail and warm and friendly disposition.
Gull completed a Certificate in Hospitality through Vecci & NWT and we are all extremely proud of her achievements.
Gul has had a lot of experience working with elderly people and is very compassionate towards people with special needs.
She is always on time devoted and genuinely loves coming to Birches. We have quite a lot of Hospital patients and their families who stay at Birches as we are surrounded by many hospitals.
Some examples of how she goes the extra mile to care for our guests include:
Making sure the light and heater/cooler is on if they are arriving back late.
Making sure if they are elderly they have a ground floor apartment
Making sure the elderly have the bath mat in place.
She will often go home after her shift and ring back a couple of hours later to see
If everything is o.k.
This has made a huge impact on my business as these small genuine thoughts have
really gone along away and especially catering for a lot of country people.
She is a dream!!
