Birches Serviced Apartments is a pet-friendly accommodation that does allow guests to have a small dog and cat. However, the allowance is under the very restrictions as follows: if these guidelines are not met, you will be asked to leave with your pet.

- Bedding not provided (BYO bedding)
- Must bring 3 sheets (1 for bed, 1 for lounge suite and one for carpet)
- Must n t use guest crockery. Own dog or cat bowl.
- Must not malt.
- Must be clean and well trained.
- Must be taken off premises for pet waste. Owners responsible for pet waste.
- $25 per pet per day
